2. PRODUCTS & COSMETIC DISCLAIMER
Marisera products are cosmetic body-care products intended to support relaxation, comfort, and skin feel. They are not drugs or dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

For external use only. Avoid broken skin and contact with eyes. Discontinue if irritation persists. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (we'll refund you in full if we do). Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you pause or cancel, which you can do at any time from your account or by emailing hello@shopmarisera.com.

4. RETURNS & GUARANTEE
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and 60-Night Empty-Jar Guarantee.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — copy, images, formulas, branding — belongs to Marisera and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marisera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
