PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day; all other orders ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.

RATES & DELIVERY TIMES (UNITED STATES)
- Orders over $50: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $50: flat rate shown at checkout
- Delivery time: typically 5–8 business days after dispatch

INTERNATIONAL
We currently ship within the United States only. Join our email list to hear when international shipping opens.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking hasn't moved for 5+ business days or your package is marked delivered but missing, email hello@shopmarisera.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
