If tracking stalls, the carrier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, or the order arrives damaged, email hello@shopmarisera.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when transit loss or damage is confirmed.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact your local USPS office directly for assistance.

Your first Marisera purchase is covered for 60 days from purchase; one opened jar is eligible, while additional jars must be unopened and sealed.
