THE 60-NIGHT EMPTY-JAR GUARANTEE
Every first purchase of a Marisera product is covered by our 60-Night Empty-Jar Guarantee. Use your cream nightly for up to 60 nights from delivery. If your evenings don't feel different, email hello@shopmarisera.com with your order number and we'll refund your purchase price in full — even if the jar is empty.

- No return shipping. Keep the jar; nothing needs to be mailed back.
- Covers bundles and first subscription orders. The guarantee applies to your first order of a product, including multi-jar bundles and the first shipment of a subscription.
- One guarantee claim per product per customer.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong items, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing date; already-shipped orders are covered by the guarantee above.
